Designed to incorporate many of the classic qualities we love about traditional tipis with the added advantage of being easy to transport and very quick to pitch and pack down.
The 2 pole tipi is the perfect camping or glamping solution for those wanting a practical and fun alternative to standard tent designs.
Almost no instructions needed
You'll be relaxing in comfort while others are still looking for their instructions :-)
Once the round base is pegged out, you simply clip the assembled poles to the apex and lift the cover up! The result is a sturdy and dry tent with lots of space and headroom.
The large interior volume and good ventilation makes the tipi ideal for cooking inside, out of the wind.

Canvas cover
Our tipi covers are made from 12oz canvas. They are constructed with "full flat felled" seams, which are double stitched throughout. Reinforcing is added in critical areas and a sturdy triple stitched hem holds the pegging points around the base. The basic cover kit consists of the tipi cover, door and kitbag (ropes & pegs etc).
We offer white or beige as our standard Tipi colours. We can offer other colours on request but darker colours do tend to make the interior quite dark.
Poles
The poles we supply are aluminium and break down into sections for easy transport and storage. They are finished at the top with natural wooden points to match the tipi design.
You can even pitch the tipi with no poles at all if you have an overhead branch or other structure that the top of the tipi can be roped up to!
Sizes
We offer a range of sizes from 3.3 to 5.3 meter diameter which should meet most customers needs. We have tailored the sizes to maximise cutting efficiency from available canvas widths. This reduces waste and cost.
Ground sheet
The optional ground sheets we offer are made from polypropylene which is a sturdy alternative to PVC and has a much less toxic manufacturing process.
If you want to reduce cost, you can make your own ground sheet from black plastic or any other waterproof membrane.
