Ordering a Yurt

Our yurts are made to order and lead times can vary depending on our workload. You can generally expect to wait between 4 and 10 weeks but please enquire if you need something sooner and we will attempt to accommodate you.​
The ordering process
Confirm an order
You can contact us by email or phone to confirm a yurt order without submitting all your design details and requirements. We recommend doing this if you have time constraints and want to lock in your place in our production queue. We can then work with you to confirm the details before we start work on your order. ​We require a $1000.00 deposit to confirm your order and an additional $5000.00 deposit just prior to commencing work on the yurt. If you cancel your order prior to work commencing, the initial deposit is 50% refundable ($500). Once we have received the second deposit and started work on your order, this deposit is refundable less any losses we will incur either modifying or on-selling the item. If we complete your order and for any reason you do not make the final payment within 3 months, we reserve the right to on-sell the product and the deposit will be considered non-refundable, unless by negotiation and agreement from us.

This will depend on your local climate and intended use.
Design the layout
Decide what combination of opening and non-opening windows you would like and their positions around the circumference of the yurt.

Arrange freight
If you have a forklift or similar available, we can deliver to site, otherwise we generally deliver to the nearest depot. You can then collect the box with a trailer and once you get the yurt home, you can open the box (square drive screwdriver needed) and unpack your yurt piece by piece.
